Wellness Event w/ True Nature

When: First Thursday of the month; October 6th, November 3rd, and December 1st from 6 pm to 7:30 PM

1. The Well Balanced Body

October 6th

We will touch upon the various balance disorders, the body systems involved in balance, and yoga based balance exercises to improve your stability. Self-care ideas will be shared as well to help you be a more “balanced” person inside and out.


2. Realign & Restore Your Spine

  • November 3rd

  • We will address common spinal disorders, including neck and low back pain issues, and how to gently mobilize & align your spine and improve your body mechanics.


3. Gain As You Train

December 1st

Learn the benefits of strength training, various strength training approaches, and how to resume or begin an exercise program at home.
