Wearing a mask into the studio is mandatory. Once you get to your yoga mat you may remove based on your comfort level. Please do what feels right for you.

We will follow CDC protocol for clean-up of the studio as well as labeled sanitation stations and bathroom use for clients and teachers. We ask that you wash hands upon arrival/sanitize and staff will guide you through the process.

Please stay home if you are not feeling well, exhibiting cold, allergy, or any flu-like symptoms, shortness of breath, fever, chills, if you have any pre-existing conditions, a compromised immune system or feel uncomfortable being at the studio.

We will limit the number of classes to the public. Class size will be a maximum of 8 students and 1 teacher with 6 feet social distancing around the mats clearly marked on the floor.
