Set An Intention

One of the best things you can do to reduce your stress during the holidays is to set an intention. What do you want to get out of the next few weeks? Maybe you want to focus on spending time with family and friends, being more grateful, or simply enjoying yourself. You can also set an intention in one of our yoga classes to further your practice and reduce your stress during the holidays.

Find The Small Things In Life

When the holiday season becomes too overwhelming, it’s important to find the small things in life that make you happy. This could be something as simple as spending time outside in nature, reading a good book, or taking a yoga class. Find what brings you joy and focus on those things during the holidays.

Take Time For Yourself

One of the best things you can do for yourself during the holidays is to take some time for yourself. This could be something as simple as taking a yoga class, reading a book, or spending time outside in nature. Taking some time for yourself will help you recharge and reduce your stress levels.

The holidays can be a stressful time. However, by setting your intention, finding the small things in life that make you happy, and trying meditation, you can reduce your stress levels and enjoy the season!
