Set Your Intention: Simple Joys
The holidays can be a hectic time for everyone. However, there are a number of ways you can set your intentions and make it through the holiday season with even less stress than when it first started. Here at True Nature Wellness, we want to help you find the simple joys in life and set your true intentions. Here are a few things you can do to stress less this holiday season.
Set An Intention
One of the best things you can do to reduce your stress during the holidays is to set an intention. What do you want to get out of the next few weeks? Maybe you want to focus on spending time with family and friends, being more grateful, or simply enjoying yourself. You can also set an intention in one of our yoga classes to further your practice and reduce your stress during the holidays.
Find The Small Things In Life
When the holiday season becomes too overwhelming, it’s important to find the small things in life that make you happy. This could be something as simple as spending time outside in nature, reading a good book, or taking a yoga class. Find what brings you joy and focus on those things during the holidays.
Meditation is a great way to reduce stress during the holidays. One of our yoga teachers will be hosting yoga meditation classes all around the year. These are open for all levels so everyone can try it out!
Take Time For Yourself
One of the best things you can do for yourself during the holidays is to take some time for yourself. This could be something as simple as taking a yoga class, reading a book, or spending time outside in nature. Taking some time for yourself will help you recharge and reduce your stress levels.
The holidays can be a stressful time. However, by setting your intention, finding the small things in life that make you happy, and trying meditation, you can reduce your stress levels and enjoy the season!
As a reminder, TNW will be closed until 1/22 to focus on important things in our own lives as well as taking the time to relax and rejuvenate. We’ll see you all in the new year!
