Life is a Practice

Upcoming Events & Classes
Elemental Yoga
Begins September 3, 2025
Mondays | 8:00 am
Elemental Yoga is a holistic practice that weaves together yoga, Ayurveda (Ancient Indian Medicine) and nature-based philosophy by aligning yoga practices with the five elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether (Space). Each element corresponds with specific energies, qualities, chakras, nerve plexuses, glands and organs. This practice is rooted in the understanding that these elements exist both in nature and within the human body and mind, and that balancing them can support physical health, emotional well-being, and spiritual growth.
Explore each element through embodiment in a vinyasa style yoga class. Expect movement, breathwork and guided relaxation that cultivates a specific energy of focus. Elemental practices and themes are based on the energy of the season and the group in the room. These classes will encapsulate the full spectrum from grounding to uplifting and everything in between. Come as you and leave feeling balanced and connected.
